5. Warranty and Disclaimer

– Limited Warranty:

We provide a limited warranty on certain repairs, effective for 5 years or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first, from the date of completion. Warranty terms vary by service. We will discuss this before repairs. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, negligence, or any third-party modifications.

– No Guarantee for Certain Repairs:

Due to the age and uniqueness of classic cars, we cannot guarantee certain repairs, and no warranty will apply in those instances.

– Disclaimer:

You must bring your vehicle to our shop or a shop in our nationwide network for all warranty repairs. In the instance of a covered event that occurs outside our area, we will refer you to a shop within our network. Warranty work cannot exceed the original cost paid for repair of the component or system in question. Warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use of vehicle, rental vehicle, towing, loss of time, lodging, and the like. This is strictly a remedial warranty wherein we will correct any defects in parts and/or workmanship. Regardless of the number of recurring failures, we will not refund the initial invoice you paid.

Except as expressly provided, our services are provided “as-is.” We disclaim all other warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Temecula Auto Repair & Transmission will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our liability for direct damages, if any, shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific repair or service giving rise to the claim.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

– Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel an appointment, please notify us right away in advance.

– Refund Policy:

No refunds will be issued for completed services or special-order parts. Additionally, deposits are non-refundable. We use deposits for the purchasing of non-returnable parts and/or to cover manpower expenditures. These expenditures include but aren’t limited to searching out, negotiating, and procuring parts and/or all other labor-related activities associated with processing or partially processing your order. Thus, any upfront deposits collected are considered non-refundable earned revenue.
