Appointment Times: Please note that your requested appointment time is when you’ll meet with our Service Manager to check your vehicle in.  It’s not necessarily the time that work will commence on your vehicle.

Waiting For Your Vehicle: We can usually complete services such as Oil Change and Smog Check in a very reasonable time if you request to wait. However, for more involved issues, such as Check Engine Light diagnosis, complex issues like electrical, and other major repairs, we urge you to leave your vehicle rather than wait, as those procedures are typically lengthy.
